Leadership is not just reserved for a select few.

We all need to show up as leaders in our own lives.

One of my most favorite leadership books is “The leader who had no title” by Robin Sharma.

This book is a fable that dives into the idea that you don’t need to have a specific title to show up as a leader, rather you can choose to be a leader in your own life.

What qualities do respect and admire in the leaders around you?

How can you adopt those qualities into your own life?

Perhaps it’s the way you nourish yourself and the example you are setting for your kids.

Perhaps its chasing that dream and overcoming hurdles.

Maybe it’s the way to take care of yourself.

Perhaps its how you handle conflict.

Whatever it is, we get to show up as leaders ever single day in our life.

Imagine the ripple effect, how many lives would we directly and indirectly impact through embodying those traits of a leader?
